Each booking
is subject to the following additional charges:

Refundable Security
Deposit of €75
(approx. £75)
per booking:
The
security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after
you vacate the property if no damage has been made to
the apartment and if no cleaning is required;

Cleaning Charge of €40
(approx. £40) per booking:
We make a charge for cleaning the apartment after your
stay. You have the option to request this additional
service when making your booking. If you prefer you can
avoid paying this charge by leaving the accommodation in
the same clean and tidy state that you found it but if
you fail to do this the cleaning charge will be deducted
from your Security Deposit.

Terms & Conditions:
Standard check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00 each
day and check out is by 11:00am.
Late arrivals will not be accepted without prior
arrangement. Refunds are not offered for cancelled
bookings - guests should therefore ensure they have
a suitable travel insurance policy to protect
themselves against any situation which forces them
to cancel. Accidental damage or theft to the
apartment, its building or any of its contents will
result in an applicable charge being made.
